While we believe that all of the products and services Reunions Unlimited offers are valuable to everyone, we realize that you may not wish to participate. Your school, association, or organization will provide us with your information to carry out whatever project or service for which they have contracted with us, but the inclusion of your personal information in any of our products or as part of any of our services is at your option. You have the ability to request omission of your personal data from our reunions and the products and services involved with that particular reunion, should you elect to do so. Any and all information gathered by Reunions Unlimited is made available only through a closed circulation (i.e., copies will be made available only to the client organization and to the alumni or members of the organization).
Reunions Unlimited will always abide by any request received by an individual to omit all or part of his/her personal data from appearing online or in any printed product. Additionally, we will honor any request received via email, telephone or mail, to be excluded from some or all of our marketing efforts (e.g., receive mailing offers, but no telephone calls) associated with our products, or products being offered in conjunction with our standard products. In compliance with Federal and state consumer protection policies we adhere to the law and respective codes of conduct on data privacy and will place the names, addresses and telephone numbers of individuals who request that Reunions Unlimited not contact them on a "Do Not Contact" list to further ensure your privacy and that of your personal data.
If you wish to Opt Out of inclusion in a Reunions Unlimited print directory, please notify us as follows, identifying the specific reunion (e.g., XYZ High School, Class of 19XX Reunion). Please note that omission requests for Memory Book publications must be received by Reunions Unlimited in a timely fashion before the Memory Book goes to print (generally five weeks prior to the scheduled reunion date), and will be honored by Reunions Unlimited if the request is received prior to going to print.
Access to and active participation in all our products and services is convenient and easy if you are a bona fide alumnus/a or member of one of Reunion Unlimited's client organizations. Your information appears in our Memory Book as a directory unless you ask us to exclude it, and we always make a significant effort to safeguard your personal information provided to us for inclusion, whether that information was provided on a hardcopy questionnaire via mail, by phone, or online.
